We had a very positive experience working with KMC Partners on the recent renovation of the amenities in our Class A apartment tower. Josh and team were diligent in the planning process; we spent many hours on the phone talking through details prior to work commencing. This saved us countless hours (and dollars) later on in the project. Once work commenced, KMC did as they had promised. Their supervisor was present on-site any time a sub was working.
