Barcade Center City

Barcade Center City is located in the Hale Building, built by W.G. Hale, the architect who also designed the Divine Lorraine. Pulling from several architectural trends, Hale disregarded the clean, classic design that was growing in popularity at the turn of the century and focused on High Victorian design.

We had a very positive experience working with KMC Partners on the recent renovation of the amenities in our Class A apartment tower. Josh and team were diligent in the planning process; we spent many hours on the phone talking through details prior to work commencing.
