With KMC as the Construction Manager, we will provide the project's owner(s) with effective management of the project's schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function. Our role in this position is to take responsibility to provide direct and concrete advice on options and clear direction to the owner for a successful project.

KMC will have the owner's interest at the forefront of all decisions and provide oversight over the entire project. Our mandate is to work with all parties to deliver the project on time, at or under budget, and to the owner's expected standard of quality, scope, and function.
