Saxbys at Drexel Lebow

In the summer of 2025, KMC Partners completed the renovation of an existing campus café within the Lebow Building at Drexel University, transforming just under 2,000 square feet into a fresh new Saxby’s location. The scope of work included new interior partitions, custom casework and counters, new ceilings, upgraded equipment, new lighting, and thoughtfully selected finishes—bringing new energy and identity to a familiar campus space.

Executing construction on an active university campus requires precision, flexibility, and disciplined scheduling, and this project was no exception. With a tight summer timeline and the fall semester fast approaching, every trade was carefully coordinated to ensure zero disruption to campus life. Through detailed planning and seamless collaboration, the project was delivered on schedule, providing a polished and welcoming destination ready to serve students returning for the new academic year.
