Ministry of Awe

This project transformed approximately 8,500 square feet across six levels of a historic 19th-century bank in Old City into an immersive art experience featuring interactive installations, live performance, and unexpected spaces designed to inspire curiosity and wonder.

KMC Partners coordinated extensive building-wide renovations to prepare the former bank for public assembly use while preserving its distinctive architectural character. The scope included accessibility and life-safety improvements, structural modifications, interior

renovations, and comprehensive upgrades to the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, and fire-alarm systems. The project was completed in collaboration with Your Agency.
