The 34th Street Higher Education Apartments transformed the upper floors of an existing University City property into modern residential accommodations designed for student

living. The completed project includes nine two-bedroom apartments, each featuring two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area, and in-unit laundry.

KMC Partners coordinated the interior renovation across three floors while working around existing ground-floor commercial and garage spaces. The scope included new apartment layouts, kitchens and bathrooms, interior finishes, lighting, and comprehensive plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire-protection improvements.
