2400 Chestnut Amenities Lounge

The 2400 Chestnut Amenities Lounge transformed 5,000 square feet of the Center City luxury apartment building into a flexible, resident-focused amenity center. The renovated space offers a variety of settings for working, studying, exercising, meeting, and connecting, including a community lounge, fitness center, private study rooms, shared work areas, and an updated leasing office.

The scope included new interior partitions and finishes, custom millwork, double-glazed architectural glass walls and doors, updated lighting, and supporting building-system improvements. Designed in collaboration with Wulff Architects, the completed space combines openness and natural light with quieter areas for focused work and private meetings.
