A 3,000-square-foot interior fit-out was completed for BondVet in Rittenhouse Square, creating a modern animal hospital and veterinary clinic designed to support both primary and urgent care services for pets.

The project required careful planning and coordination to accommodate a wide range of specialized clinical functions within a compact urban footprint. The scope of work included fully built-out surgical and surgery prep areas, laboratory space, X-ray, pharmacy (Rx), treatment and dental areas, multiple exam rooms, doctor services spaces, a welcoming lobby and reception area, and dedicated back-of-house staff accommodations.
