Brickworks Baltimore Design Studio

Brickworks Baltimore Design Studio is the located in the heart of Fells Point, Baltimore. Project scope included a 1st floor showroom for the public and 2nd floor business offices, conference room and support areas. 

As part of the Construction Management team, KMC Partners managed the Preconstruction and Construction process through constructability reviews, material selection, RFI/Submittal processing, and weekly meetings. The preconstruction duration included six months of international coordination before mobilization on-site in March 2021. Scope for the project included full demolition of the existing space and new build of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The showroom opened in November 2021.
