Brickworks New York Design Studio

Brickworks New York Design Studio is 16,000 square feet of inspiration for your next project. The ground floor showroom includes a one-of-a-kind Venitian glass brick staircase in artic crystal finish,  a matching reception desk, a bar for industry events, and an upgraded audio-visual system for presentations. The floors are complete in a french pattern stone with complimentary polished brass details throughout.  The grand entrance to the second floor leads you to additional showroom space for Architects, developers, and other trade professionals.  Display boards and customized millwork storage provide endless design possibilities with both traditional brick products to modern, sleek colors. 

As part of the Construction Management team, KMC Partners managed the Preconstruction and Construction process through constructability reviews, material selection, RFI/Submittal processing, and weekly meetings.  The preconstruction duration included six months of international coordination before mobilization on-site in March 2021.  Scope for the project included full demolition of the existing space and new build of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.  The showroom opened in October 2021.
