Cannonball Club

Cannonball Club Philadelphia transforms a former industrial building in Fishtown into a private social club and collector-car destination. Designed for Philadelphia’s automotive community, the space combines climate-controlled vehicle storage with a public coffee bar, co-working areas, a members’ lounge, restaurant and bar, and flexible event space.

KMC Partners coordinated extensive renovations across the multilevel property while preserving its distinctive warehouse character. The scope included a new concrete car ramp and structural reinforcement, exterior masonry restoration, new windows and garage doors, custom millwork and finishes, and comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, and life-safety upgrades. The project was completed in collaboration with Woodcock Design
