Financial Institution Banking and Wealth Center

The new flagship financial center is located at 1835 Market Street in center city Philadelphia.

At 7,000 square feet – almost three times the average 2,500 square foot branch model the plant implements – the project was designed by Philadelphia-based Architect Bohlin Cywinski Jackson.

Within the large footprint, the scope included space for wealth management, business banking and mortgage professionals, meeting rooms for community and nonprofit organizations, and a 20-foot high social equity-themed mural by artist Felix St. Fort from Mural Arts Philadelphia. The space was designed with technology for in-person or virtual meetings with advisors and bankers. A defining feature of the design and installation is the custom-built ribbon wall with slat millwork on top of digital screens featuring their logo.

Services for the project included 18 months of preconstruction from conceptual through construction documents, with all team members working through feasibility and constructability. Construction was complete in 6 months. This project was complete in partnership with another general contractor.
