JKRP Architects’ new Center City office transformed the 24th floor of 1601 Market Street into a contemporary workplace designed to support collaboration, creativity, and connection. The renovated space features open work areas, private offices, conference rooms, and shared gathering spaces organized around a central “Main Street.”

KMC Partners coordinated the interior renovation, including custom reception and window counters, architectural millwork, wood-grille ceiling and wall features, new flooring and finishes, updated lighting, and supporting building-system improvements. The completed office pairs warm wood detailing with clean, modern materials to reflect JKRP Architects’ collaborative culture.
