Metro Church

A comprehensive 30,000-square-foot renovation of an existing building in Wissahickon, Philadelphia transformed the space into a one-story interior fit-out for Metro Church. The project transformed the space to support large-scale business and assembly use, creating a modern, highly functional environment designed to serve a wide range of occupants and activities.

The scope of work included full interior renovations with upgraded layouts, building systems, and finishes, along with critical provisions for accessibility. Careful attention was given to code requirements, life safety, and inclusive design, ensuring the space meets both current regulations and long-term operational needs.

We had a very positive experience working with KMC Partners on the recent renovation of the amenities in our Class A apartment tower. Josh and team were diligent in the planning process; we spent many hours on the phone talking through details prior to work commencing. This saved us countless hours (and dollars) later on in the project. Once work commenced, KMC did as they had promised. Their supervisor was present on-site any time a sub was working. KMC’s work was completed on time and on budget, and the results have materially improved our property. Jamie was easy to work with when it came to payments and accounting.
