A private senior living community in Philadelphia transformed approximately 3,000 square feet of its ground floor into a welcoming, accessible environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The renovated space includes a residential lobby and reception area, resident lounge, mail center, offices, meeting space, and an updated restroom.

KMC Partners coordinated the interior renovation and accessibility improvements, including a new ADA entrance ramp and automatic door opener. The scope also included a custom reception desk, built-in bookcases, architectural glass office partitions, wood paneling, new flooring and finishes, updated lighting, and supporting building-system improvements. The project was completed in collaboration with Sky Design.
